《中居正広の金曜日のスマたちへ》是每周五针对女性的综艺节目。

A young teacher, Emily Bennett, sets out to clear her name after digitally fabricated pornographic photos of her are sent to her students. She soon discovers that this incident is linked to the kidnapping of another young woman and that she is now the kidnapper's next target.

人気芸能人の心の中を、トークと心理分析で明らかにするバラエティ番組。中居正広（SMAP）と毎回異なるゲストMC（主に芸人がすることが多い）が各テーマによって集められた芸能人とトークを繰り広げる。それを心理分析集団「ココロジスト」が観察し、番組の最後に「○○な人」が発表され[1]、出演者の深層心理を明らかにする。エンディング前には、中居自身の心理分析結果も発表[2]されていた。番組名はジョハリの窓から。 2013年5月4日、初のゴールデン枠進出となる2時間スペシャルが放送された。 当初は23:58 - 翌0:53に放送されていたが、2013年10月2日から放送時間を1分遅らせ、23:59 - 翌0:54[3]に変更となった[4]。 オープニングCGではロンドン・エレクトリシティの「Meteorites」のうちピアノリフ部分が使用されている。2014年に入るとオープニング無しで本編に入っていたが、3月19日放送分から復活した。
